1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing heytrippo.com, joining the waitlist, or using the Trippo iOS app once it is available, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the app.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Trippo or to join the waitlist.
2. What Trippo is today
Trippo is a pre-launch AI travel companion being built by Yaroslav Kovalskyi, an individual founder based in Wroclaw, Poland. Right now, heytrippo.com is a marketing site with a waitlist. The iOS app is expected to launch in summer 2026.
Features described on the site reflect our current plans and may change before launch. Nothing here is a guarantee that a specific feature will ship.
3. Affiliate disclosure
Trippo expects to earn commissions through affiliate and booking partnerships. When the app recommends flights, hotels, activities, or other travel services, some links may be affiliate links. If you book through them, Trippo may receive a commission at no extra cost to you.
We aim to recommend options on their merits, not because of commission. If you have questions about a specific recommendation or partnership, email hello@heytrippo.com.
4. Acceptable use
When using Trippo, you agree not to:
- break any applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the site or app;
- scrape, harvest, or resell content or data without our written permission;
- use the service to harass, defraud, or harm others, or to generate unlawful content;
- misrepresent your identity or impersonate Trippo or its founder.
5. Waitlist and accounts
Joining the waitlist means giving us your email so we can tell you when Trippo is ready. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
When accounts launch with the iOS app, you will be responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.
6. Intellectual property
The Trippo name, logo, site design, copy, and the app itself are owned by Yaroslav Kovalskyi and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from them without permission.
Any content you provide to Trippo - such as preferences, notes, and trip details - remains yours. You grant us the limited right to process it so we can provide the service to you.
7. Disclaimers
Trippo is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. While we work hard to keep travel information accurate, we cannot guarantee that every place, price, time, or availability is correct or current.
Always confirm critical details - visas, flight times, opening hours, health and safety requirements - with official sources before you rely on them. Trippo is a companion, not a substitute for your own judgment.
8. Third-party providers
Trippo relies on third-party providers and partners (for hosting, email, AI inference, maps, and travel bookings, among others). When you follow a partner's link or use a partner's site, that provider's own terms and privacy policy apply. We are not responsible for the content, products, or services of third parties.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trippo and its founder will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or app, including lost trips, missed bookings, or travel disruptions.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to EUR 100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, whichever is greater. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Termination
We may suspend or end your access to Trippo if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that harms others or the service itself. You can stop using Trippo at any time, and you can ask us to delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
12. Disputes
If something goes wrong, please email us first - most issues are resolved quickly and informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved that way, it will be handled by the competent courts of Poland, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Trippo grows, particularly around the app launch. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify waitlist subscribers by email.
